High School Retreat

FCA High School Retreat – Garden City Beach, SC
March 23 – 25, 2012
Registration Begins Friday at 5:00 pm
1st Session Begins at 9:00 pm
Concludes on Sunday at 10:30 am

COST:  $90 per person ($45 non-refundable deposit per person due when registering groups) Cost includes: Bible and t-shirt, lodging, breakfast & lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. All students who attend are required to stay on campus. If space is available, you may substitute a person of the same gender. However, notification must be done in advance of arrival.

WHAT TO BRING: Dress is casual . . . Sleeping bag or sheets/blanket, pillow, towels, toiletries, appropriate clothes for weather, money for extra meals, pen and notebook.

HOW TO REGISTER:  You can REGISTER ONLINE or DOWNLOAD PRINTABLE REGISTRATION FORM and mail to the address below.  If registering online, be sure to mail deposits to FCA Office on same day. If registering through mail, complete registration form and mail with $45 per person deposit to: FCA Retreat, 100 Executive Center Dr, #A-4, Columbia SC 29210-8407.

Registration closes on Friday, March 16th. Register Huddles early – especially large groups

  • Health statement must be filled out completely for each student and brought to conference.
  • Huddle coach responsible for their students during Saturday from 4-8 pm. Dinner on their own.
  • All students housing will be by conference Huddle assignment.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the campus without sponsor permission.
  • Students are to be on campus for all meals provided. We want to keep all vehicles parked.
  • “Adults on Campus” means housing in dorm rooms, usually with youth.

Adults staying in off-campus housing pay $45 fee and make their own housing arrangements.
